You are invited to an inspiring morning of sacred ceremonial practices honoring the seasons of change, the energies of the harvest, and the Fall Equinox. Together we will share the self realization heart medicine of ceremonial cacao, awaken our bodies with a kundalini yoga kriya set, and sing sacred songs to activate and sooth our Soul.

What To Bring?
• A yoga mat for our Kundalini Yoga practice
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• Willingness to have a life changing day!
Optional Items to Enhance Your Comfort
• A journal for self reflection
• An extra floor seating cushion if you'd like (we will have some)
• Your favorite mug for the Cacao libation (we will have some)
• Whatever else will make you comfortable
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* You do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from the day. *
~ Contraindications ~
Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not receommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
