You are invited to a very special year end New Moon inspired Cacao Ceremony & Sharing Circle. Together we will share the blessings of ceremonial cacao with a delicious cacao drink and work with the way of council ~ an indigenous inspired practice that welcomes a Sacred community space to share from the heart, listen deeply, and speak the truth.

What To Bring?
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• An gentle heart and open mind ready to share
• A floor cushion if you would like to be extra cozy
Optional Items to Enhance Your Comfort
• Your favorite mug for the Cacao (we have some)
• A journal for self reflection
• An item to bless our altar
• Whatever else will make you comfortable
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* And you do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from the day. *

A full strength amount of ceremonial cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you have low blood pressure, if you are taking strong antidepressants (Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not recommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
