Things to Bring
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• Outdoor seating for yourself. We will be sitting with Pachamama.
• Your special hot beverage mug (some will also be available).
• Sacred objects for the altar.
• Anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable outdoors - blanket, shawl, etc...
• A pen and journal to take notes from our journey.
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
