~ Important Information ~
You are invited to bring any sacred items you wish to contribute to the altar as well as a musical instrument, song, or reading passage to offer to the circle. Feel free to bring your special mug to receive your cacao drink, a cushion for sitting, a shawl, and anything else that would make you feel comfortable.
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* You do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from the day. *
~ Contraindications ~
Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not receommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
