Cacao & Ceremonial Considerations

Things to Bring
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• Your favorite hot beverage mug (we will also have some). 
• Hiking shoes and gear appropriate for day into evening outdoors.
• Outdoor seating that you can carry (blanket and / or cushion).
• Layers as we will be out after Sundown and on top of a mountain!
• Small flashlight just in case.
• A small day pack to carry whatever you might want
• Anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable - blanket, shawl, etc... 
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
