Things to Bring
• We will be sitting outdoors so feel free to bring a cushion and / or blanket.
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• A special hot beverage mug (we will have some available).
• Anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable outdoors - blanket, shawl, etc...
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
