~ Important Information ~
• This gathering will be held at a lovely private residence in Sacramento. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and neighbors when arriving.
• Please arrive by 9:45 to park and make your way into the home.
• It is suggested to bring a cushion for sitting, a journal for self reflection, your favorite mug for the cacao if you have one, and your voice ready to sing and heart ready to open. :D
• You might also bring a shawl and anything else that would make you feel comfortable.
• Please bring a vegan potluck dish to share for the potluck
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* You do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from the day. *
~ Contraindications ~
Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not recommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
