You are invited to come together with your cacao connection commUnity to gather as many of our ancestors did - with a sacred plant medicine and a willingness to be humble and open so we can re-attune ourselves to the Sacred Instructions that are always all around us. After we share with other and commune with the medicine of cacao, we will experience Forest Bathing which is essentially doing a little mini vision quest that welcomes messages from what is all around us.

• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• Your special hot beverage mug (we always have some available).
• Sacred objects for the altar.
• A journal and something to write with.
• Anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable - blanket, shawl, etc...
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
