• Meet at Doc Edgar Park at 9:30 - 9:45am to carpool to the end of Cascade Drive
• Enter at the Elliot's Nature Preserve Trailhead at the end of Cascade Drive in Fairfax
* If you drive yourself to the park entrance, please know there is limited street parking that is tricky and there is also strict rules about not blocking private entrances and not having your tires touching the road. Please follow all street signs to avoid a ticket or come early to carpool! :D It's more fun anyways.*
All are welcome who come in a good way!

~ Important Information ~
What To Bring?
• Please bring a mug or insulated drinking vessel for the hot libation.
We will be packing in all of our stuff so it is not possible to bring mugs for everyone.
• An easy to carry cushion to sit on
• Please bring a water bottle with plenty of water for the ceremony
• Outdoor / hiking shoes
• A small day pack to carry whatever you might want
• Equinox intention, prayer, or affirmation
• A ceremonial song to share
• Whatever else will make you comfortable
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* You do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from the day. *

Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not receommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
