Things to Bring
• This is an outdoor walkabout and we will be sitting on the ground at times. Bring what you want to be comfortable but know we will be mobile at times.
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• A hot beverage mug! (We will be packing light and may not have extra).
• Anything else to make yourself comfortable
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
