Things to Bring
• We will mainly be outdoors. Dress appropriately and bring what you want to be comfortable.
• There will be a short hike to arrive at our ceremonial location. Please wear appropriate shoes.
• It may also be varying temperatures so please bring layers!
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• Your ceremonial hot beverage mug! We always have some too.
• Anything else to make yourself comfortable
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
