Things to Bring
* Our location is a fragrance sensitive household. So please avoid wearing perfume, essential oils, hair products, or clothing with strong detergent smell.
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• Extra cushion for floor seating if you desire.
• Your ceremonial hot beverage mug. We always have some too.
• Anything else to make yourself comfortable
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
