Things to Bring
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• Extra cushioning for floor seating if you desire.
• Your ceremonial hot beverage mug! We always have some too.
• Anything else to make yourself comfortable
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
