It is a great time to plant the seeds of intention and re-member to take care of ourselves and cultivate that which we want to see in the world as all of our creations ripple out from the center of our own being.

Things to Bring
• Reusable water bottle filled with water. Water is good medicine with cacao.
• Be prepared for sitting outdoors - our fire is more ceremonial than for warmth.
• Your special hot beverage mug (we always have some available).
• Sacred objects for the altar.
• A journal for writing and reflection.
• Anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable - blanket, shawl, etc...
• Most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
