You are invited to a Soul supportive day of ceremony, connection, and Sacred sounds.
As we celebrate this full moon cycle, Spirit is guiding us to come together in ceremonial circle to welcome the self realization medicine of cacao, community connection, and the awakening blessings of Sacred song and sound. As we align with these ceremonial ways, we will re-member more of who we are, why we are here on this beautiful planet, and awaken an inspiring courage to fully live the beautiful gift of our life. |

At a beautiful Delores Heights hOMe
• Parking spots are generally available before 10am on Church and the 20th Street area as well as up the hills on Church and 20th.
• Public Transportaion! The "J" train stops right in front of our building. Get off at 20th St (top of Dolores Park). The 33 bus stop is also two blocks away on 18th St.
Please arrive 15+ minutes early to park, make your way, and enjoy the view!
$20 ~ $50 donations are appreciated to support the continuity of these ceremonies
And, all who come in a good way are welcome!

We are gathering in a sweet little apartment over looking Delores Park with the capacity of 14 people. So please sign up asap if you want to join us!

What To Bring?
• A water bottle to stay hydrated • A Full Moon Empowering intention • A song to share with your voice ready to sing and heart ready to open Optional Items to Enhance Your Comfort • Your favorite mug for the Cacao libation (we will have some extra) • A shawl for warmth in case it is a cool morning • A journal for self reflection • Whatever else will make you comfortable - including extra floor seating cushion |
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.

Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not receommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
