You are invited to a CommUnity Cacao Ceremony where we will gather together, one more time, via Zoom video conference to share cacao, connection, and our heart and Soul prayers following the June New Moon. These ceremonies are dedicated co-creating a safe and Sacred space to align our thoughts and intentions with the birthing of the beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

Cacao & Ceremonial Considerations
• I would love all of us to drink cacao together! So have your cacao and hot water standing by or already mixed in a hot beverage container and ready to go when we drink. If you don't have cacao, any hot herbal beverage that is Sacred to you is great. In general, drinking cacao is always an optional part of the journey.

Please do the best you can to show up in a space that will be conducive to an online gathering.
1) Create a ceremonial peaceful atmosphere at your home or outdoors.
2) Do the best you can to be somewhere that will not have a lot of noise or distractions.
3) Be somewhere that is well enough lit we can see you.
4) Check both video and audio on your computer before we start. The video conference room will be open by 9:20am.
5) As always, have some water standing by for yourself to stay hydrated.
6) We always share in our ceremonies including Heart and Soul songs & prayers, so it is encouraged to take time prior to the ceremony to journal and reflect.
Lastly, and most important, please bring your full presence with an open heart and open mind.
