You are invited to a Soul supportive day of ceremony, connection, and Sacred sounds.
As we celebrate the beginning of the new moon cycle, Spirit is guiding us to come together in ceremonial circle to welcome the self realization medicine of cacao, community connection, and the awakening blessings of Sacred sound. The prayer potential is that, as we align with these Sacred ways, we will re-member more of who we are, why we are here on this beautiful planet, and awaken an inspiring courage to fully live the beautiful gift of our life. |

What To Bring?
• A water bottle to stay hydrated • A cushion or blanket for floor seating to make it more comfortable There will be some yoga mats and cushions available • A New Moon Soul Empowering intention • Your voice ready to sing and heart ready to open Optional Items to Enhance Your Comfort • Your favorite mug for the Cacao libation (we will have some extra) • A shawl for warmth in case it is a cool morning • A journal for self reflection • Whatever else will make you comfortable |
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.

~ Contraindications ~
Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not receommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
