Cacao Ceremony in the Redwoods
Planting Seeds of the Soul
You are invited to a monthly Cacao Connection Circle where, together in a sacred circle, we share the Sacred Heart medicine of Cacao to activate and re-member our Soul's Truth.
This months New Moon cacao connection circle offers a special opportunity to take our prayers into the trees. We will begin co-creating a sacred space to share some very special ceremonial cacao in the form of a delicious cacao drink. With the aide of this self realization medicine we will share our New Moon intentions, allowing nature to inform our journey, and express our hearts truth.

~ Important Information ~
*** PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY ***
The redwood grove location we will be at is somewhat hidden. So we will all gather at the parking area and walk in together to our magical spot to ceremonialize and bless each other. It is a 5 to 10 minute short and lovely walk. And, because we are compassionate, we will wait for everyone who says they are coming to arrive before we walk in.
If you get location disoriented when arriving, call Antonio @ 415-870-4004
What To Bring?
• Please bring a hot / insulated beverage container to receive our hot libation.
We will be packing in all of our stuff so it is not possible to bring mugs for everyone.
• A blanket and / or cushion to sit on
• Please bring a water bottle with plenty of water for the ceremony
• Outdoor / hiking shoes
• New Moon intention, prayer, or affirmation
• Whatever else will make you comfortable
Optional Items to Enhance Your Comfort
• A small day pack to carry whatever you might want
• A journal for self reflection
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* You do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from the day. *
~ Contraindications ~
Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not receommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants.
