* Please arrive a few minutes early to allow for parking and settling in. *
What To Bring?
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• Your own seating cushion if you'd like (we will have some floor cushions available...)
• Your voice ready to sing and heart ready to open
• An item for the altar
• A Soulful and inspiring song to share
Optional Items to Enhance Your Comfort
• A journal for self reflection
• Your favorite mug if you desire for the Cacao libation
• Whatever else will make you comfortable
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants. It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* You do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from the day. *
~ Contraindications ~
Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for you if you have a serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants (especially Mao inhibitors), or if you are pregnant. It is also not receommended to mix with alcohol or other stimulants. Cacao is toxic to Dogs, Cats, Horses and other animals so if you choose to take some home with you please keep it away from your pets. ♥
